You should see your Life License Active, Anti Money Laundering Active, Equity Index Universal Life (IUL) - All courses must show Active in order to get paid.
For Providers- you should see Western Reserve Life Active, ING Active, Nationwide Active. You may only be paid on the providers that show active (It could take about 1 week after you FAX paperwork to show in the computer)
*It is important to know that if your team writes a piece of business with a provider that you are not appointed with, you will not receive an override.
